Submission Guidelines

Papers should be in English, not exceeding 5 double-column (overlength pages will be charged for). and should follow IEEE paper templates. Papers need to be uploaded to the EDAS (http://edas.info//N10647). Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore and orally presented at the workshop.

Final Paper Submission Guidelines

In order for your paper to be in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore you need to complete these five steps:
  1. Revise your Paper
  2. Check your paper with IEEE PDF eXpress
  3. Register for the conference with payment
  4. Submit your copyright transfer
  5. Upload the Final Version of your paper in EDAS
